The RAJ CHARITABLE FOUNDATION is a small Private Foundation that was established on
Nov 4th, 2015 in memory of Rajesh Reddy. The foundation is organized in Texas as a non-profit corporation,
and our officers and board of directors include family members and friends.

The Foundation operates without permanent staff and its board of directors serve without compensation
for administration and contribution. Creating this Foundation was a purposeful decision of the original donors with
clear goals and intent - to support the students who require financial assistance for higher education. Our wish is that
the Foundation will unlock a path for students to make a positive impact in their communities, just as Raj did
in Texas and Ann Arbor. Instead of focusing on mourning and grief, we want the Foundation to reflect life,
how to approach it, how to renew it, and how to make a tangible impact.
